Once I made my selection, they moved very fast to complete the entire roof project within one week and took only one day to replace the entire roof. They are active on questions or concerns I asked and I will continue to go through them for any roof or exterior related issues.

We Are Pleased with Maverick's Responsiveness Jul 3, 2025

Maverick Exteriors installed a new roof for us. They converted our roof from cedar shakes to double-layer two-tone asphalt shingles. We were very pleased with the look and the job. A couple of months after our installation, birds found their way to an uncapped end of molding and fascia. One of Maverick's foremen came by within a couple of days and closed off the birds' access. Unfortunately, while out of town this past winter, we had a terrible leak...presumably the result of extreme weather and an ice dam. Again, Jose from Maverick came out and installed additional drip edge and caulking, and tightened the gutter to the fascia. Hopefully, recurrence will be averted. Occurring outside our 5-year Workmanship Warranty, the repair cost $500. All in all, we are pleased with Maverick's responsiveness and would recommend them for similar jobs. Only had the old shingles on for about 15 years. Had raccoons chewing into my attic and several water leaks. Maverick replaced the roofing and also put metal flashing where the raccoons were chewing their way in. Been ten years and it’s been great.

We’ve known the Blake family for a while, so we already trusted them going in—but their whole crew was just as professional, respectful, and easy to work with. They installed a new asphalt shingle roof, showed up on time, got straight to work, and didn’t leave a mess behind. No nails in the yard, no scraps in the bushes—just a clean job well done. We had a few other quotes, but Maverick gave us a fair price without trying to push anything extra.
