They did a great job with our new roof!

We recently had Maverick Exteriors install a new roof and gutters on our home, and we couldnt be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, their work was excellent and efficient. Their service was truly exceptionalthey were kind, caring, and genuinely concerned about our home. The quality of their work is evident in the pictures. Every shingle on the roof was perfectly placed, and their efficiency was truly remarkable. They completed the entire roof in just one day, which was honestly awesome to watch. They arrived on time, kept our house and yard clean throughout the process, and even finished ahead of schedule. All of this while maintaining impeccable quality. What truly set Maverick Exteriors apart was their exceptional service. They were kind, respectful, and treated our home as if it were their own. Jack personally checked in after the job to ensure that everything was in perfect order. Maverick recently replaced my siding and was GREAT to work with! They came out to measure the home quickly, brought all the different samples and colors and discussed all the different options we had when selecting what would work and look best on our home. The crew was quick, polite and cleaned up afterwards. I have now used Maverick for siding, gutters/gutter guards and replacing the roof on my home (they also do windows). I would highly recommend them to anyone looking!

We had our roof replaced by Maverick Exteriors at our home near Leawood in the Nall Hills area, and it was one of the smoothest home projects weve ever had. Weve known the Blake family for a while, so we already trusted them going in but their whole crew was just as professional, respectful, and easy to work with. They installed a new asphalt shingle roof, showed up on time, got straight to work, and didnt leave a mess behind. No nails in the yard, no scraps in the bushes just a clean job well done. We had a few other quotes, but Maverick gave us a fair price without trying to push anything extra. Around here, its not always easy to find roofing contractors who actually do what they say, but these guys really came through. If youre in Overland Park, Leawood, or anywhere nearby and looking for roof work, wed definitely recommend reaching out to Maverick Exteriors. Just good, honest people doing solid work.

Maverick Exteriors has done 2 jobs for me prior to the most recent bid they have given me. I called them again because the siding and roof replacement theyve done in the past was done with impressive quality and professionalism. Their ownership and the way they treat customers is second to none in my opinion. The bid they gave me each time was on point especially for the product I know Im going to get with them. Ive never had an issue with their craftsmanship but I know if I do I will receive prompt help with an incredible attitude. If youre looking for a good price point, excellent work, and a positive can do attitude from people working on your home, this is the company.

It was a pleasure working with Bob and Maverick Exteriors. They did a great job roofing my 50 yr. old house. They were punctual. Careful of the foundation plants. Clean up was thorough. I was more than satisfied with their work.

I signed with Maverick after receiving a quote that was more than fair. I tried to get a quote from Bordner Roofing but was met with resistance as to how I needed to be present for their inspection. I am an out is state landlord but thankfully Maverick provided a solution.

Bob came out to diagnose a leak and said we had with our windows/roof flashing. He diagnosed our issue and gave us some solutions we could try before paying anyone to come out and address it. No charge. 10/10 would recommend for repairs. We will use him going forward!
